Privacy Statement
This Privacy Statement explains what personal information Fligoo collects through fligoo.com, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It is designed to align with GDPR and other major privacy frameworks.
1. Who we are
Fligoo is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Our headquarters is at 44 Tehama St, San Francisco, CA, USA, with offices in New York, São Paulo, London, and Buenos Aires.
2. Information we collect
We collect: (a) information you provide voluntarily — your name, work email, company, role, and message when you submit the contact form; (b) communications you exchange with us afterwards; (c) limited technical information when you visit the site, including IP address, browser, device, and pages viewed; and (d) cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookie Policy.
3. How we use the information
We use personal information to: respond to your inquiry; provide the services you request; operate, secure, and improve the site; analyze aggregated traffic and content performance; send relevant follow-up communications when you have asked us to or when we have a legitimate business interest; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
When the GDPR applies, we rely on: (a) your consent for optional cookies and marketing communications; (b) our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and growing our business; (c) the necessity of pre-contractual or contractual measures when you ask us to engage; and (d) legal obligations we are required to comply with.
5. Sharing and processors
We share personal information with carefully vetted service providers acting as processors, including infrastructure (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), and analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights). We do not sell personal information. Where required by law, we have data-processing agreements in place with all processors.
6. International transfers
Where personal information is transferred from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the United States or other jurisdictions, we rely on appropriate safeguards including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent mechanisms recognized by the receiving country's regulators.
7. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Contact-form submissions are typically retained for up to 36 months unless an active engagement requires a longer period.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; rectify inaccurate information; request erasure or restriction of processing; object to processing; obtain a portable copy; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, write to privacy@fligoo.com.
9. Security
We protect personal information using the same posture documented for our enterprise platform — encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, audited subprocessor relationships, and SOC 2 / GDPR-aligned operating practices. See Security & Trust for the full architecture.
10. Children's data
The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone in that age group. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us at privacy@fligoo.com and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this Privacy Statement
We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. The most current version is always available at this URL, with the date of the last update at the top.
